Serbia gets new road company

Minister of Infrastructure Milutin Mrkonjić said on Wednesday that a motorway company called Koridori Srbije (Corridors of Serbia) had been established.

Minister of Infrastructure Milutin Mrkonjic said on Wednesday that a motorway company called Koridori Srbije (Corridors of Serbia) had been established. It would be in charge of the construction of Corridor 10 and the highway from Belgrade to Montenegro, he explained. Serbia gets new road company "The Koridor 10 company has transformed into Koridori Srbije, meaning that they hired more manpower," said Mrkonjic. According to him, this "solved the organizational issues within the company, which had been the biggest problem up to that point". Both Koridori Srbije and the country's public company JP Putevi Srbije will from now on be tasked with construction and maintenance of the country's roads, Mrkonjic explained.
