Serbia’s foreign debt was EUR 22.8bn on the last day of 2009, according to the Chamber of Commerce’s latest bulletin. According to statistics of the Finance Ministry, the public debt at the end of January 2010 was EUR 10.07bn, which is 30.5 percent of the gross domestic product.
