As long as great majority of our industries, bankrupt industries and industrial land is in the hands of criminal speculators we have no chance..."no democracy" and "no EU" can save us from permanent bankruptcy and lifetime hardship for our population.

Your right!!!
Eu cannot be a saviour for the country, Criminals cannot be a saviour, only Serbia can be a saviour.
It is slightly worrying that 30% of GDP is taken away but there is a realistic chance that can go way down if the next 5 years is handled with some smarts and prudence. Putin is a good example of how to get your house in order just ask a few oligarcs.
These macro-economic matters are of far more significance than the attention people place on issues concerning Kosovo.

All important issues, in case you have not noticed a government has ministers to deal with Kosovo and ministers to deal with economy, two seperate issues.
Personally your arguement is more suited if directed at Kosovo,
Imports:$2.6 billion
Exports:$527 million
Population below poverty line: 37% (2007 est.)
GDP:$3.237 billion
Unemployment rate:43%
Kosovo expenditure as a percentage of GDP has averaged 31 percent over the four-year period 2004-2007.
2004 26.9% 2005 28.5% 2006 31.3% 2007 36.5%
In fact, Kosovo exports less than any other country in Europe. Of great concern is the large degree to which exports are concentrated in a few, low value-added products. Scrap metal constitutes nearly half of Kosovo’s exports.
Kosovo is running a large and worsening current account deficit. A negative current account is typical of low and middle income countries (-3.3 percent), but at -23 percent, Kosovo’s current account balance as a share of GDP an order of magnitude worse. Macedonia’s current account balance is -1.4 percent and Albania is -7.3 percent.
some comments arguing that Serbia's economy is booming and therefore they do not need EU unlike Kosovo who i indefinitely blocked.

The economy will boom on the back of taxation, it requires a few more years to have countries/companies to finish setting up their plants in Serbia and start production that is innevitable. The only concern is that the GOVT adopts measures to reduce debt till then I certainly would be concerned if I saw 87.5% Debt to GDP like in the US.
