Infrastructure Minister VelimirI Ilic says that a Russian company wants to build a cargo center in Belgrade. The Sheremetyevo Airport in Moscow has presented an offer for the construction of an air cargo center at the Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, and that it is now up to the Serbian government to make a decision, the minister was quoted by Tanjug. Russians in bid to build cargo center “We have a good offer from the Russians, who want to be our strategic partners in the building of the cargo center in Belgrade,” Ilic said in an interview for the Thursday issue of the Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti, adding that the construction could start next year. According to Ilic, the Russian offer will be debated immediately after the holidays.
