    Well.. For example croatia is in EU and I only found sea salt on the shelfs in EU country, ajvar. Most people should know most things produced by EU countries are labeled made in EU
    That is why.

  2. What agreement? I'm reasonably well traveled and I haven't seen a single Serbian product in EU shops in the past decade. Joining the EEU would be an incredible opportunity for Serbian exporters. At least give it a go.

    There are Serbian products as far as Australasia and I live in a suburb not populated by people from the Balkans and even here there are Serbian made jams and food stuffs. As far as the EU is concerned who cares because every country that joins the EU has had their agricultural industry destroyed or what's left taken over by conglomerates. Ask the Croats and Hungarians.

    Sweetie I am not a civil servant as it does not pay enough for me.
    Now the Kosovo issue must be finalised by end of year or else.
    I wager it goes nowhere. What happens then? Will EU stop all negotiations with Serbia? I doubt it. As I said before, the EU will do what it does best; when the going gets tough it will buckle under as it has at every cross road.
    Psst I have some terrible news for you and that is the EU needs Serbia more than Serbia needs the EU. Why do you think the Chinese are investing so much in Serbia Ė their largest investment in Europe by a country mile? Yes, Serbia not Croatia, Montenegro or BiH, but the west has not invested a cracker in Kosova or Croatia LOL.
    As far as Serbia adopting ďa civilised mentalityĒ, when Albos and Croats are recognised as civilised then I say to Serbia stay away as far as possible from the EU lunatics, but I suspect Serbia is only financially draining the EU but never joining LOL.
    Iíve also got more news for you. Itís 2019 not 1990 and the EU is no longer a financial paradise. The next recession has started in Germany and Brussels has instructed that all EU budgets must be cut as less money will be available from the EU fund. What does that mean? Croatia and Kosova are screwed.

    (until recently lived in rep. Serbia for 6yrs.)And going back. Living in UK or anywhere else makes you more like rep Serbia and doing more when your country needs you.

    ===…==
    You have to be kidding. Serbia exports? Only if owned by a company not from Serbia.
    How is selling off everything Serbian going to help Serbia?

  6. There is no chance Serbia will join the EU anyway. Serbia can trade with the EU in the same way like China or America.

  10. It seem a poorly paid civil servant from down under is envious of the highly paid civil servants of the EU. Btw, A country can have all chapters opened that are required for joining the EU, yet, be denied admission if it refuses to adopt a civilized mentality.

  13. Is this before or after Serbia has to recognize Kosovo? And yet despite all these various demands that Serbia must do this or that, the chapters keep on opening LOL.

    Well I suppose you have to say something since the Commission would look ridiculous having its highly paid civil servants just sipping coffee.
