NEW YORK A U.S. law firm has concluded that the trial of former prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko was not politically motivated. The report by the New York-based firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom dismissed Tymoshenko's allegations of being prosecuted on political grounds.
