Priština avoiding dialogue, Serbian official says

BELGRADE Serbia's Office for Kosovo Director Aleksandar Vulin says Pristina is trying to avoid the continuation of the dialogue with Belgrade by dividing Serbs. Vulin told reporters in the Serbian parliament on Saturday that “unusual statements” arrived from Pristina on Friday which aimed to convince Serbs from northern Kosovo that they should be the second part of the negotiating team, independent from the Serbia.
