Priština avoiding dialogue, Serbian official says

When Priština wanted to talk in Rambouillet Serbian delegation wasn't interested. According to foreign diplomats Serbian delegation was singing Serbian nationalistic songs and drinking heavily. Now it's Priština's turn to take it easy and do some singing and drinking. After all Kosovo is independent.

And to date the Serbs in North Kosovo has disagreed with EVERYTHING their so called government in Belgrade has done in the negotiations!
There should be 2 sets of negotiations one with Pristina and Belgrade for all external issues and one between Pristina and North Kosovo on all issues relating to the north.

Please let me see some stupid comments that Kosovo is a free land and modern government with human rights and the will for negotiation ?!

There is no peace with Albanians on Kosovo and you can see that every day ,this is just one evidence of their unwillingness to dialogue or anything else, resolved to steal Kosovo and doing it in front of the whole world, the world does not respond because this is a new era in which all the normal standards you can tear down only if you have support of one single country in this case (and in every other) that's America.

I think that they couldn’t find a better man for this job.Mister Vulin is the one who will do anything to help Serbian and other people on Kosovo to live in peace,it will be hard as we see but he will sure try to do that.I wish you all the best on that path Mr Vulin.

Pristina has always avoided dialogue. Albanians do what they want and if they are not pushed from west, they will not accept any deal.

Good observation! The usual game. But same goes for Kosovo: Keeping the people entertained with new (bought) recognitions, some 'professional' KPS actions against so-called criminals structures (of course only the Serbian ones in the north and not the drug mafia clans in the south), sending some 'custom officers' to demonstrate that there is a border, waste money on fance highways to Albania nobody needs and which are almost empty. All done for people not to notice that a big part of the Kosovo government is corrupt and criminal, only cares for their own welfare and the one of their buddies, and drawing away attention from the fact that almost nothing has been reached during the last years of 'independence' for improving the economy and the daily live of the average people (who don't belong to the the mafia clans).

When Serbia told north not to hold the consensus for Kosovo independence ther Serb majority did it there anyways. That means that the serbs in n. Mitrovic want to decide what is best for them in their everyday lives. Why would Serbia be against the very people who these negotiation can help or hurt the most.

Can you say that a Rich big shot in Belgrade knows better for n. Mitrivic then a man who has to eat, sleep , pray and live there? Let the locals have a say for their life. Pristina doesn't know. Belgrade doesn't know. Only the Serbs that walk there everyday know. Let them talk.
