KFOR Commander Erhard Buehler congratulated Thursday Serbian Orthodox Church Bishop Teodosije on his election as the new head of the Diocese of Raska-Prizren. Buehler has gotten to know Bishop Teodosije as a "committed spiritual leader and an extraordinary person, who embodies tolerance, reconciliation and harmony," KFOR said in a statement, which also notes that the KFOR commander has known the bishop for some time.
