Economy Minister Mladjan Dinkic says the protest of Serbia's lawyers is "at the very least groundless". It must be known how much money they earn, said the minister of the striking lawyers. "Lawyers' strike is groundless" "If taxi drivers and doctors must have fiscal registers, then lawyers must also have registered revenues. They must declare their revenues so that we could decide whether they should be paying flat rate tax or higher income tax, and thus give more to the society," Dinkic said. The lawyers in Serbia have been on strike for three days now, dissatisfied with the Serbian government's decision that they must introduce fiscal registers as of March 1, 2010.
