Dacic: Text of implementation plan harmonized The Serbian prime minister also stated that "the plan of implementation secured that institutions would not be dismantled until some new ones have been created." He also announced that consultations would be held, in order for the Serbian government to reach its decision on this by the end of the week. In a written statement, Ashton said that "prime ministers of Serbia and Kosovo Ivica Dacic and Hashim Thaci agreed on a concrete text of a plan for the implementation of the agreement." The EU foreign policy chief also stated that Dacic and Thaci "would be in touch" with her by the end of the week. (EU) Thaci: Agreement in principle reached Hashim Thaci spoke earlier on Wednesday evening to say that the two sides reached an agreement in principle on the implementation of the agreement initialed in April, while the details will be worked out at a later date. "We have agreed in principle on the steps for the implementation of the agreement over the next six months," Thaci told reporters as he was leaving the headquarters of the European External Action Service. Thaci said details of the implementation "will be settled later in meetings of expert teams, as well as by the governments of Serbia and Kosovo." He did not want to say whether he and Dačić will meet again.
