Speaking about the forthcoming Serbian general elections, he said that the U.S. was very eager for them to be free and fair, and for the electorate to express its will. “We’re interested that they’re carried out freely and fairly, and the elections to be won by people dedicated to prosperity and people’s future in Serbia,” explained Munter. “We’re very interested to see who’ll win these elections,” the ambassador reiterated.
