The vehicles used by Montenegrin citizens will be labeled as of September with stickers reading MNE, abbreviation for Montenegro.
The webpages and e-mail addresses of the newly-formed state will be marked with "me" identifying extension.
The proposals for designating new international identifiers for Montenegro have been approved by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
Until the actual introduction of the new internet abbreviation take place, the current extension "cg.yu" will be used.
The internet identifier "me", proposed by ISO, is the only abbreviation that associates with the name of Montenegro.
