Albanian Ambassador to Serbia, Ilir Bocka, has refused to heed a call by the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to receive a note of protest.

Albanian ambassador declines to receive note of protest
Due to the inappropriate action by the Albanian ambassador, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will take suitable measures in keeping with diplomatic practice.Bocka was urgently summoned to the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday to receive a note of protest after a bus carrying the Serbian men's national football team was stoned in Tirana.
The bus was hit by several stones in late Wednesday's incident but no one was injured.
The incident took place as the bus was on its way from the airport to the Tirana hotel where the Serbian national team stayed overnight.
The Albania vs Serbia EURO 2016 qualifier should be played late Thursday in Elbasan, a town situated 50 kilometres from Tirana.
