MEXICO CITY Mexican prosecutors have launched an investigation against a 16-year-old boy, who is suspected of participating in at least 50 murders. The killings took place while he was a member of a drug gang. Mexico: 16-year-old involved in 50 murders According to Reuters, a spokesman for the prosecution in the state of Sinaloa said the teenager, Francisco Miguel N., was a member of a gang known as Los Mazatlecos which is linked to the drug cartel Beltran Leyva. He admitted that he was a killer for the group that was involved in the murder of police officers, farmers, and even musicians, since February. The teenager acted under the nicknames El Nino and Boy, and used an AK-47 rifle and a pistol in carryng out various attacks in Sinaloa. This Mexican federal state is also the seat of the powerful Sinaloa drug cartel run by Mexico's most wanted criminal, Joaquin Guzman.
