A plane from Serbia carrying humanitarian aid for the South Ossetian refugees landed in Vladikavkaz today. The aid, allocated by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) for the residents of Georgia's breakaway region of South Ossetia landed in North Ossetia's capital, Russia's news agency Itar-Tass reported.
