The health of the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) head, Patriarch Pavle, is currently stable. The 93-year-old was hospitalized earlier following a respiratory infection, the press service of the Holy Synod announced Friday quoting a report the Military Medical Academy (VMA). Patriarch Pavle's health stable Patriarch Pavle has been in hospital for the past two weeks. The report was signed by Colonel Prof. Dr. Djoko Maksic. The Patriarch's temperature is normal, he is alert, able to communicate, regularly takes communion and eats his usual food, the statement said. The treatment continues according to the instructions of the standing team of doctors, headed by the VMA chief.
