Anniversary of Srebrenica marked in Potočari

At the same time 30,000 women and children were deported in two days. Munira Subasic, president of the Mothers of Srebrenica association says that each marking of the anniversary of the crime is more difficult, and every year an apology and repentance is expected of those who are directly responsible. Although an apology for the crimes committed by the Serbs on the territory of Bosnia- Herzegovina has received from former and current presidents of Serbia - Boris Tadic and Tomislav Nikolic - to the families of the victims it is not enough. Director of the Center for Regionalism Aleksandar Popov explains that the eventual satisfaction could occur if the victims' families directly confronted the perpetrators, but added he did not believe that will happen soon.
