The Serb Republic (RS) parliament continued on Wednesday a debate on President Milorad Dodik's proposal to recall the coming referendum.

The Serb Republic (RS) parliament continued on Wednesday a debate on President Milorad Dodik's proposal to recall the coming referendum. Dodik addressed the Serb entity's parliament on Tuesday and stated there was no need to hold the referendum anymore since the EU had agreed to begin talks on the Bosnia-Herzegovina Court and Prosecutor's Office, which will be led by EU Commissioner Stefan Fule. RS parliament debates referendum recall

Parliament called the referendum April 13 to allow the people to vote whether they agree with decisions imposed by the high representative for Bosnia-Herzegovina, especially the ones about the court and prosecutor's office. Soon after, RS came under great international pressure to call off the vote.

Parliament will vote on the president's proposal after the discussion is completed.
