Dragan Neskovic (37) was arrested in the Bijeljina area by order of Bosnia-Herzegovina Prosecution’s Special War Crimes Department. This was announced in Sarajevo today. Srebrenica war crimes suspect arrested The suspect was arrested by the Bosnia-Herezegovina’s State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA). Sarajevo-born Neskovic is under the investigation of the Bosnian prosecution who suspect that he committed genocide in the area of Srebrenica in July 1995 as a member of police forces of the Republic of Srpska (RS). According to the announcement, he will be questioned by a prosecutor who will then decide whether to launch a motion to propose placing him in custody.
