Montenegrin Movement for Change (PZP) leader Nebojsa Medojevic was attacked in front of his building in Podgorica, party spokesperson Koca Pavlovic said. He said that Medojevic was attacked by an unidentified person of about 30 years of age, who attempted to strike him and told him to “stop mentioning Branislav Micunovic.” Montenegrin politician attacked and threatened Micunovic is a wealthy and very influential businessman, who Medojevic has called “the most power person in Montenegro,” stating that “everything depends on him, even police actions.” PZP stated that the attacker is well known to the police, who are investigating the case. Medojevic lives in a part of Podgorica close to many ministries and other state institutions in which many state officials live. “All things considered, we should bow down to Micunovic and beg him to hand Saric over,” Medojevic had said at a press conference.
