PM hints he's unhappy with some members of his cabinet

Vucic remarked that if he were forming his government today "some ministers would remain in, while others would not" and said this was "nothing spectacular".

"It's normal to replace players in sports clubs, just as Coca Cola replaces 15 percent of its employees every year to bring in fresh blood and new energy into the company," said he.

Asked whether he was maintaining "a kind of tension," Vuci said he was, and asserted that his ministers "and others in the administration" have been working "better" for this reason.

"Of course they're working better... do you think that water polo players, for example, are not under pressure?"

When the interviewer remarked that "water polo players do not fear that the coach will throw them out of the game," the prime minister said, "of course they do - and they also think it will be a disappointment both to them and to others if they fail to win... and that is why I am applying pressure... don't be in sports if you're not used to the pressure."

Vucic then asked, "do you think you can build highways without pressure?," and credited his method - i.e., "applying pressure to the whole chain, personally" - for the fact 2015 saw more kilometers of highways built than in previous years.
