Vucic calls on NGOs to promote cooperation with state bodies

Coordinator of the Forum for Ethnic Relations Dusan Janjic pointed to the need to establish regular cooperation.

Sonja Biserko, President of the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Serbia, said the cooperation should be based on promotion of human rights and the Europeanization of the country.

Director of the Humanitarian Law Center Sandra Orlovic proposed adoption of a new law on the rights of victims of war, while Olgica Bajic, Director of the Association for the Development of Children and Youth - OPEN CLUB, advocated establishment of a fund for social inclusion of children.

Vladimir Petronijevic from Group 484 stressed that Serbia should resolve the issue of asylum seekers in cooperation with Hungary, regional countries and the EU, and Goran Basic from the Ethnicity Research Center cautioned about the lack of integrative minority policy, especially in the case of Roma population.
