Serb returnees in the village of Žač, near Istok in Kosovo, are the only villagers still left without power supply a week after a heavy storm hit the area.

“The entire region and even our village has power, except for the nine Serb homes that share the same power substation, which exploded. The outage caused great damage to returnees, especially as due to high temperatures they were forced to throw away all the food they had in the freezers, said Komatović.
