The Russian envoy to the Troika, Aleksandr Botsan-Kharchenko, said on Thursday the agenda would be the same for both meetings in London, as Pristina and Belgrade delegations will each discuss the issue of Kosovo’s future status with the Contact Group diplomats. “A series of procedural issues will be tackled as well,” he said, speaking on behalf of the Troika, including the EU and U.S. mediators, Wolfgang Ischinger and Frank Wisner.
