First Montenegrin extradited to Serbia

The Interpol office in Podgorica extradited Montenegrin citizen Bogdan Marković to Serbia on Monday.

The Interpol office in Podgorica extradited Montenegrin citizen Bogdan Markovic to Serbia on Monday. Markovic is a native of the northern Montenegrin town of Pljevlja, against whom criminal proceedings have been instituted for criminal association and smuggling. First Montenegrin extradited to Serbia Markovic is the first Montenegrin citizen extradited to Serbia based on the extradition agreement recently signed between the two countries. The decision of Markovic's extradition was signed by former Montenegrin justice minister Miras Markovic on December 22, 2010. Markovic is wanted in Serbia based on the order of the District Court in Belgrade, for the completion of the court proceedings brought against him due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal acts of criminal association and smuggling.

First Montenegrin extradited to Serbia

Marković is the first Montenegrin citizen extradited to Serbia based on the extradition agreement recently signed between the two countries.

The decision of Marković's extradition was signed by former Montenegrin justice minister Miraš Marković on December 22, 2010.

Marković is wanted in Serbia based on the order of the District Court in Belgrade, for the completion of the court proceedings brought against him due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal acts of criminal association and smuggling.
