The Fourth Municipal Prosecution in Belgrade proposed launching criminal proceedings for compromising Boris Tadic and Bozidar Djelic’s safety. Court spokesman Zoran Tejic says that the presiding judge will decide in the coming days whether to try Vladica Simonovic, leader of the “Family of Serbian Fans,” who is accused of putting up posters in Belgrade with pictures of the president and the deputy prime minister, carrying the message “Enemies of the State.” Charges over "enemy of state" posters Tejic said that the judge could also ask for a further investigation to be conducted. This would be a so-called abbreviated criminal procedure, since the crime of endangering someone’s safety can carry a potential prison sentence of three years.
