Zoran Drakulic, one of the best known Serbian businessmen, is not a majority owner of East Point Holding any longer, B92 has learned. The information has been confirmed by the company. Businessman sells part of East Point “We have sold a majority package of the company East Point Holding LTD based in Cyprus to investment funds, which will invest further and increase the company’s capital,” the company representatives told B92. They did not wish to reveal Drakulic’s share in the company now, but pointed out that changes in the ownership structure would not reflect on the company’s business in Serbia. In October 2008 Drakulic sold 21.33 percent of East Point’s shares to closed investment fund Reconstruction Capital II Limited for EUR 30mn, and in that way remained a majority owner of the company and president of the East Point Group Board of Directors.
