A NIS shareholder assembly has been scheduled for Feb. 10., and will appoint the company's new managing board. This was confirmed on Sunday for B92 by Energy Minister Petar Skundric. NIS gets new management Feb.10 The board's president will be Dmitry Malishev – currently Gazpromneft's managing board advisor. The NIS board will have 11 members, six Russians and five Serbians. Gazprom recently acquired a 51 percent stake in Serbia's oil monopoly NIS for EUR 400mn.
