Surrender: Ukraine gives up territory? PHOTO/VIDEO
Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko told the BBC that Ukraine could be forced to give up parts of its territory as part of a peace treaty with Russia, due to, as stated, increasing pressure from US President Donald Trump.

"One of the scenarios is... to give up the territory. It's not fair. But for peace, temporary peace, maybe that can be a solution, temporarily," said Klychko.
However, this former boxer emphasized that "the Ukrainian people will never accept Russian occupation".
His words came a few hours after a Russian missile and drone attack on Kiyv killed 12 people and injured more than 90, in what the media said was one of the deadliest attacks by Russian forces on the Ukrainian capital in recent months.
Speaking to the BBC from his office in central Kyiv, Klychko noted that he was "responsible for the capital of Ukraine", which he described as the "heart" of the war-torn country.
He added that President Volodymyr Zelensky could be forced to make a "painful solution" to achieve peace.
Asked if Zelensky had discussed a possible solution with him, Klychko replied that he had not.
"President Zelensky is doing it himself. That is not my role," he added.
Klychko and Zelensky are political opponents, the BBC points out. The mayor has repeatedly accused the president and his team of trying to undermine his authority.
Earlier this week, Trump accused Zelensky of harming peace talks after the Ukrainian leader again ruled out recognizing Russian control over Crimea, which Russia annexed in 2014.
Trump said that Crimea was "lost many years ago" and that it was "not a topic of conversation" at the moment.
However, Zelensky pointed to the 2018 Crimea Declaration signed by Trump's then-Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, which said the US "rejects Russia's attempt to annex Crimea."
