Do the research. The Soviet Union, especially under Stalin, killed far more than Hitler ever could. Not that Hitler didn't try, but he didn't have as much time.

There were two bad guys whom I promised to respond. One was Mirel and he/she got it but B92 moderator felt pity for you and deleted my second comment to Parrison. So I don’t know what to do about you because on Saturdays I have more spare time but trust me it was good for you that B92 backed you. Because a man who says that killing average 50 and wounding another 100 civilian men , women and children per week is not fascism if a big and dirty swine.

  5. You are comparing Hitler loving and worshiping Nazis with those that saved you from them.
    (Shame on you!!!, 1 February 2015 02:36)

Well, if the Soviet Union contributed to defeat Hitler 70 years ago that does not does give a Russian leader today a license to behave like Hitler. Only those worshiping the Nazis would not denounce a Russian leader behaving like a Nazi today. Nazism or anti-Nazism is a set of politial beliefs, not a genetic trait.
    ----------

You are comparing literally the biggest evil that this planet experienced to those that lost over 20,000.000 souls fighting them. There has been much evil recorded in human history, but there's never been anything even close to the evils conceived and carried out like it was by the Hitler's Nazis and their worshipers.
    (Shame on you!!!, 1 February 2015 02:36)

Well, let's not take away achievements from the record keeper. Comrade Stalin killed many more millions Soviet citizens than what Hitler did. So, in fact, Hitler is the second-biggest evil this planet experienced.
    ----------

They are the ONLY ones in the history of mankind that ever attempted to wipe out a whole group of people from the face of the planet.
    (Shame on you!!!, 1 February 2015 02:36)

Well, some Serbs in Bosnia did the same and that's also what some Hutus did in Rwanda. So, "ONLY" is obviously factually incorrect.

  9. Putin had to respond to the pleas of the Russians in Crimea, East and South East Ukraine for help after the Ukrainian ultras started suppressing the Russian speaking minorities!
    (Leonidas, 30 January 2015 18:41)

Hey mate, please make sure to check with Kremlin's propaganda Department because the statement above does not follow its story lol There was no Russia response until Crimea "declared independence" and there is no Russia response in East and South Ukraine. Everything in Crimea, and in East/South Ukraine is fighting between Ukrainians - Russia has nothing to do with it. Haven't you received Kremlin's instructions yet?!

  10. @Leonidas,
I am sorry, but I never have seen in your comments any critics about the semi ditatorials regimes of the East, including Russia.

All in your comments it looks that the West is the evil and Russia and its allies are paradise on Earth.

    As for Ukraine,
There was a agreement between Ukraine,Russia,USA and EU signed in Budapest in 1994 where Ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons to Russia in exchange for Krimea.
Putin didnt even respected this agreement.

About Yukanovich it was his game to leave the country and blame it on the protesters, bacause he was counting in Russia support.

As for his decision to abandon the West and be with Russia,it was a non democratic decision bacause he was pupet of Moscow.
In a county where the population is 50% pro East and the other 50% pro West a strategic decision of this level should have been decided by a referendum or by a complex negotiations with his opponents.
Anyway he decided to go East and he should have excpected that half of his population would have been upset.

    Secondly,
Regardless what happened in Kiev there was no justification for Putin to go and anex Krimea ,because the ukraine army was not commiting ethnic cleansing.
Even Serbian and Greek goncerments wer againts of anexation of Krimea.

Putin was elected by elections where in Chechenia he got 100%.
C'mon can you believe that?Is like Millosh to get in Kosovo 100%!
But I believe that he can get easely more than 50% thats why OSCE said OK.

  12. Mirel from a bandit state

If I were you I wouldn’t mention the already discredited country. Anyway I gave you my first “like” yesterday because of the compliments to Leonidas. Many of them I couldn’t say better. I don’t know if Mirel is a male name or a female so I’ll try to be careful. You know that the Greeks and the Russians enjoy their closest relations for centuries. So it’s stupid to believe that an Albanian male/female can do something about it. Yes Leonidas does not like the current colonial status quo in the world but he always argument it while I can see little logic in your comments like “Russia always has exported poverty”. Because none of the countries you mention lives better. Baltic fascist states or Romania or Albania , Moldova , Ukraine or any Balkan. So the West is exporting poverty and Greece is a good sample. Thus when you attack “comrade Leonidas” for his “beloved Russia” be sure that there are millions of “comrade Ivans” who will back their beloved Greece. They always give us reasons to love them - see their last voting against the sanctions. On our behalf the Russian Finance Minister Siluanov already hinted that Russia will help Greece with money. Meanwhile Merkel hinted they are to punish this country severely so that the others do not even try to get out of the trap. If you prove to be a male my next message will be even less complimentary and with much wider vocabulary. Please make it clear.

  16. Mirel

I'll leave out your ignorant personal attacks and concentrate on Ukraine.Putin is not to blame for the crisis in Ukraine but the EU.Lets look at the historical narrative.Do your recall the behaviour of the foreign ministers of Germany, France and Poland a year ago who brokered in February 2014 (and guaranteed) an agreement of the then (legally elected) President Yanukovitsch with the opposition represented by Yaceniuk,Klicko ect declaring in fact "a truce " i.e. an immediate suspension of clashes and disarmament of these ultra right-wing militants?According to the above agreement early presidential elections were to be held this year (, a new government of national understanding were to be set up with in fact a representative of the opposition to head it ect.Several hours after the conclusion of the agreement heavily armed ultra-nationalists and right-wing commandos stormed the Parliament, and beaten up the Russian speaking Ukrainian MPs.The EU inaction tolerating the flagrant violation of the above agreement and the EU failure to help engineer a kind of "modus operandi" of key political players in Ukraine added more fuel to the flames .Putin had to respond to the pleas of the Russians in Crimea, East and South East Ukraine for help after the Ukrainian ultras started suppressing the Russian speaking minorities! As to Putin being a dictator he's been elected several times and verified by the OSCE.Look closer home at your own mafia politicians and leave Putin alone.

    (Leonidas, 30 January 2015 14:20)...

    C'mon Leonidas,
ALL your comments are pro Putin and against the West.
When Russia is so good and the West is evil, why don't you leave Greece and move to Moscow?
Your opinions are too bias, it looks you are the member of Greece Communist Party (KKE) or member of Golden Dawn(XA).

The West put the military bases in Rumania and Baltic states because those countries don't feel safe and they are right not to feel safe from Russia. Russia always has exported poverty and dictatorships.
I don't wish Greece becoming a Russia ally, because I don't want my south neighbor to become poor.

I can not believe some people like you leaving conformably in the West and being advocate of Putin and all dictators in the world just because they don't like USA.

And yes the West has its shortcomings but is by far more democratic than you beloved Russia comrade Leonidas.

  18. The session of the Foreign Affairs Council of the EU was marked by sharp debate between the majority of member-states, which had asked for the tightening of sanctions, and the minority, led by Greece, which was against their extension.

It is absolutely correct for the new Greek government not only to dispute the EU consensus over Ukraine but also to speak up its mind on Ukraine(I was really pleased to hear Tsipras calling the Ukrainian Gov a bunch of Nazis). After all most of the Greek government are intelligent people and have a respect for truth that has disappeared among the so-called leaders of the EU.Merkel,Cameron etc. are just 'following orders' and saying what they have been ordered to say. These leaders continue to repeat lies regarding Russia as if repeating them will turn the lies into truth.Problem here is US/UK & EU started the problem in Ukraine put missiles in Romania and the Baltics aimed at Russian cities. When Putin retaliates,as he should if we were in his shoes, the west cries Wolf. However,Informed western citizens understand they have more to fear from their own governments building police states in their very midst than anything Russia threatens. If anything a new powerful Russia keeps western governments in check and offers more chance of democratic freedoms for the west than the building of tyrannical police states .
