Its like the former Serb policeman. Once he resigned they arrested him on ground of a war crime then had to let him go. The word for these goat herders is MORONS!
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but Brussels has demanded severe budget cuts so there will be very little money for Kosova but Belgrade will look after the Serbs while goat herders will go without many things and this is only the start LOL. Nearly forgot Germany's economic outlook is looking very sick and Germany is the EU.

This is pure fancy and all they want is to keep pushing Serbs to the brink.
