I hate to be the bearer of bad news but Brussels has demanded severe budget cuts so there will be very little money for Kosova but Belgrade will look after the Serbs while goat herders will go without many things and this is only the start LOL. Nearly forgot Germany's economic outlook is looking very sick and Germany is the EU.
