Lenny, I see your lot finally manged to weasel into the Schengen Zone, and you're converting to the Euro as well. How's this going to work out for you? I'm not an economist, but 1000 Kuna for 132 Euro seems to be problematic. I don't see any new industry coming to Croatia, other than your typical tourism, so not sure how this will work exactly. No worries about the Serbian currency, we neither really want to be in the EU, nor will they ever let us in - moot point for the most part.

I have no idea who these experts are but they are right. Ukraine losing means NATO is finished. The Russians have de-militarised most NATO countries in both equipment and ammunition. The Germans have openly said that if they used ammunition at the rate used in Ukraine, they would only have 2 days – yes only 2 days. The French 4 days.
The UK? You can fit its military in a football stadium and still have plenty of vacant seats. They have more admirals and generals than corporals. The US? They can’t fill vacancies in any part of their military so they are now accepting people with criminal records, and hired 700 recruits with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder after it rewrote its rules on which medical conditions bar applicants from joining – WSJ.
There seems to be this myth about the Ukraine holding back the Russians. The Russians are in no hurry. They have so far destroyed nearly most western provided equipment and are destroying the Ukraine military. The longer they go for the more the west has to send in and the more they destroy.
It will take decades for these countries to acquire new equipment and that’s if the economic situation improves which it will not.
That’s why these experts say NATO is f*****.
