A regional summit between leaders of Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia, and Montenegro is being held in a hotel near Prizren. The host of the summit is Kosovo President Fatmir Sejdiu. Regional summit held in Kosovo Macedonian, Montenegrin and Albanian Presidents Gjorge Ivanov, Filip Vujanovic and Bamir Topi are attending the summit. According to Radio Free Europe, bilateral meetings between the four presidents will be held on Saturday morning, and then a joint meeting between all of them will be held in the afternoon. The presidents will then take a walk through the southern Kosovo city of Prizren. This is the third summit of its kind, the first two taking place in Albania and Macedonia. State Secretary with the Serbian Ministry for Kosovo Oliver Ivanovic downplayed the important of the meeting on Friday, saying that any meeting organized by Pristina without the participation of Serbian President Boris Tadic becomes less important without the key player in the Balkans.
