being that serbia has been and is the number one cause of the problems in the balkans... and everyone knows it...its not a politically correct way to say it, so instead the term "key player" is used by the international community to sooth over the serb populace.

any idea that gets around all of the nationalisms and that works for the people, for ALL the people, is clearly worth considering.

it is interesting that without those ueber-drama queens tadic/jeremis and co., there can be quiet progress and sensible dialogue. hallelujah...
