Hillary Clinton is due to meet the UK and German foreign ministers today after being officially sworn in as U.S. secretary of state by Vice-President Joe Biden. Top of the agenda will be Iran and Afghanistan, ahead of a meeting of senior diplomats in Germany tomorrow.
