however, as it mentions on the page, this gesture is used to curse someone in Italian. Go figure
Anyways, the conspiracy theorists can have as much fun as they want with this one, but the gesture has long lived as the I-Love-You in North America. I would suspect that is why Obama and Bush have used it in the past.
