Seven people were killed Sunday afternoon when two medical helicopters collided in flight in Flagstaff, Arizona, a government official said. Three other people were critically injured in the crash, which occurred less than a mile form a medical center, Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Ian Gregor told KPHO-TV in Phoenix.
