Amy Winehouse kicked off her European tour with a scandal in Belgrade late on Saturday. The Belgrade audience booed and jeered the singer who was only mumbling through her songs for one hour and eleven minutes that the concert at the Kalemegdan fortress lasted. Amy Winehouse booed in Belgrade The evening was, however, saved by Moby, who gave a fantastic show and cheered up the Belgrade crowd. Moby, who co-headlined the event, dedicated the song “Why Does My Heart Feel So Bad” to the audience, which was welcomed by huge ovations. The long-awaited concert was characterized by attempts of the singer to merely stay on her feet and mumble the songs. She disappeared from the stage occasionally, leaving the band to play instead. The band, however, gave a great performance on its own. A huge number of eminent citizens were also present, including U.S. Ambassador to Serbia Mary Warlick. Winehouse is notorious for scandals and tendencies to leave her own concerts due to being 'under the influence'. During the entire performance, she only managed to mutter a few lines from her best-known hits. She left the stage at midnight, without singing the song that many consider marked the beginning of her carrier - Rehab.
