"Tripartite regional meeting must take place"

A tripartite meeting of Belgrade, Zagreb and Sarajevo officials is a must, Ivanic told Tanjug in an interview.

"I think it is necessary that the three parties meet, informally at first, for the relations among BiH, Serbia and Croatia to at least start becoming more relaxed. The relations are at a ten-year low now. Many strong words, much exclusionism and little readiness for agreement, with no quick change in sight," Ivanic said.

The phase of "easing" the relations between Serbia and BiH is very significant, Ivanic said, adding that he had invited Serbian President Nikolic to visit Sarajevo following the cancellation of his visit a year ago.
