Bosnia-Herzegovina Council of Ministers today decided to implement restrictive measures established by a series of UN resolutions related to terrorism The decision is related to the implementation of restrictions set forth in 12 resolutions of the UN Security Council issued between 1999 and 2009 regarding Al-Qaeda and the Taliban, members, the media in Bosnia said. Bosnia adopts measures against terrorism These measures include freezing funds and other financial and economic assets owned by persons listed in the resolutions. They also include prohibition of entry into and transit through the territory of Bosnia, as well as the sale or transport of arms and military equipment to individuals, groups, associations and organizations on the list. The Council of Ministers adopted the decision after the terrorist attack by a member of the radical Wahhabi movement, who last month fired shots at the U.S. embassy in Sarajevo.
