Croatia receives list of suspects
The Croatian Justice Ministry confirmed that it received from Serbia the list of 33 of its citizens against whom war crimes probes were or are being conducted.

The Croatian Justice Ministry confirmed that it received from Serbia the list of 33 of its citizens against whom war crimes probes were or are being conducted. They added that investigations had been suspended for 26 of the persons from the list, whereas for the remaining seven the investigation is still ongoing. According to the statement published on the ministry's website, the decisions on the suspension of investigations will be delivered via the international legal aid and the Justice Ministry. "As new lists of persons convicted or charged with war crimes have not been received from Serbia, there is no need for the Croatian citizens to submit new requests to verify whether their names are on any of the lists. Therefore, only the requests that arrived by January 27, 2011, will be answered," the statement reads.
