Miroslav Lajcak is to return passports confiscated from 19 individuals suspected of assisting Stojan Zupljanin. With the arrest and extradition of the Hague accused, the international high representative confirmed that the passports of those who had harboured him could be returned to their owners. In March of last year, Lajcak ordered the passports of people with ties to Zupljanin to be confiscated.
