Man featured in Interpol notice seen in photo with Lavrov

The broadcaster said that he is suspected to be one of the organizers of the failed terrorist attack on election day in Montenegro.

Lavrov took the photo with the members of the right-wing organization Zavetnici on Monday, after he and Serbian Minister of Labor Aleksandar Vulin laid wreaths at the Cemetery of the Liberators of Belgrade in World War II.

Ristic can be seen in the left corner of the photo.

Besides Ristic, Montenegro also issued arrest warrants for citizens of Serbia Predrag Bogicevic and Milos Jovanovic, and Russian citizens Eduard Shirakov and Vladimir Popov.

The Higher Court in Belgrade in August last year ordered the measure of mandatory psychiatric treatment without incarceration for Ristic because he was found to have threatened B92 News Editor-in-Chief Veran Matic, then U.S. Ambassador to Serbia Michael Kirby and State Public Prosecutor Zagorka Dolovac, saying they would be executed by a firing squad.
