Serbian official accuses Kosovo PM of "telling lies"
"By claiming that it was agreed this evening to work on the ZSO statute based on the decision of the Kosovo Constitutional Court, Mustafa told a direct lie," Djuric told Tanjug.Djuric added that "another lie" was Mustafa's claim that "it was not agreed to immediately begin drafting the statute."
"It's enough to look at the statement issued by EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini to determine whether Mustafa's allegations are true or false," he said.
Djuric pointed out that "the fact that separatist leaders in Kosovo and Metohija could not even wait to exit the building to start with incorrect interpretations speaks about their attitude toward the obligations they undertook, and toward the overall normalization of relations."
After yesterday's round of dialogue, Mustafa said the agreement on the ZSO "can only be implemented in accordance with the decision of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo."
Asked whether work on the statue would start, he said Pristina was "analyzing the decision of the Constitutional Court" and would "allow working groups to work on it - but no deadlines have been agreed related to this."
Federica Mogherini said in a statement said the talks yesterday "furthermore focused on the commitment of both sides to work on the implementation of the agreement for the establishment of the Association/Community of Serb majority municipalities."
