PRISTINA UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has welcomed the agreement reached between Belgrade and Pristina and called on both sides to make an effort to implement it. Ban stressed that it was a “historic success”. “Both sides must make effort to implement agreement” In his regular three-month report for the period between January 16 and April 22, he assessed that the agreement had given significant powers to a community of Serb municipalities.
