“Both sides must make effort to implement agreement”

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has welcomed the agreement reached between Belgrade and Priština and called on both sides to make an effort to implement it.

He said nothing new. I will see what they will do when the Albanian side starts breaching the agreement, and from past experience- they will.

This man is a waste of oxygen. Here we have a Korean heading the UN and situation between North and South Korea is worse than ever. Ban needs to get a job.

Exactly, the language of a 'true diplomat'. But I don't know if it's an honor to be called that name.

You know, if your wording is 'progress has been made' in diplomatic language, it means: 'Some minor improvements, but still far away from the goal'.

Well to bad the UN doesn't think of Kosovo as a country. According to the UN Kosovo is only known for organ harvesting and having the highest number of churchburners per capita in the world.

and praised Serbian and Kosovo leaders.

Sounds like Ban-ki moon is acknowledging two different countries and praising their leaders for making peace, at last. This is a language of true diplomat.
