It is irresponsible towards the country and the people that a new government has not been formed after two months, says the DSS. The greatest responsibility lies with the parties who say that "there is no alternative to the EU", the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) spokesperson Petar Petkovic specified on Monday.
