Serbian Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic and Republic Srpska (RS) President Milorad Dodik met in Banja Luka, RS, on Tuesday. They said that the agreement on special and parallel ties in place between the Bosnian Serb entity Serbia is being successfully implemented. Cvetkovic reiterated that Serbia supports Bosnia-Herzegovina territorial integrity and any agreement of the three nations and two entities in Bosnia. The talks focused on economic cooperation which can be fostered further now that global recession is attenuating, Cvetkovic said. He expressed satisfaction with the fact that many Serbian businessmen are investing in RS or are planning to do so in the future. Dodik noted that he and Cvetkovic discussed current issues in bilateral relations and the current situation in Serbia, RS and Bosnia. Milorad Dodik also informed Tuesday in Banja Luka visiting Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic on the process of constitution of Bosnia-Herzegovina authorities following the October elections. Dodik expressed hope that Bosnia authorities will be constituted as soon as possible, his office said. Jeremic conveyed to Dodik that Serbia supports any agreement of the three nations and two entities in Bosnia and that Serbia will accept any agreement of the legally elected representatives in RS and Bosnia. Dodik and Jeremic agreed that visa liberalization for Bosnia citizens, which goes into effect Wednesday, constitutes a great step forward for Bosnia and support to continuation of European integration process. The next session of the council for implementation of the agreement will be held in February 2011, Cvetković and Dodik announced.

Cvetković reiterated that Serbia supports Bosnia-Herzegovina territorial integrity and any agreement of the three nations and two entities in Bosnia.
